Done on the job site, this meeting will review your expectations, an approximate time frame, and a written estimate covering the cost of the project..
Second Consultation
In addition to signing the contract which includes a payment structure, a copy of our Contractor's Insurance is provided.
Project Begins
We coordinate all the tradesmen in a systematic order so the job is done in a proficient manner while maintaining a high level of production and quality of work. All of our tradesmen leave every jobsite broom swept clean after every work detail.
Work Permits
We handle all work permits so the client can focus on their daily routine before the project begins.
Walk Through
This is done at different segments throughout the project to maintain good communication and for all to be aware of any changes to the job.
Final Walk Through
At the end of the project, we take a look at the job and develop a punch list. This is done to make sure all the small details are finished to the client's satisfaction.
